Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy: To secure your 1-hour Virtual Consultation, full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access your session. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate for any updates. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling can be done at no extra charge if notified within the cancellation period.
